The Moseley Forum consists of members and committee members.
Members are invited to join in with debate and vote at public meetings and receive the forum newsletters.
The Committee is the member-appointed team of officers who work as the forum’s decision-making group. They meet regularly to discuss and work on Moseley projects and objectives.

COMMITTEE MEMBERS’ STATEMENTS
Becky Greenhill
Becky has lived in Moseley for 50 years, and has actively volunteered on various groups in Moseley where her contribution has resulted in positive change in the community. She joined the committee of Moseley Forum in 2021 and is the Minutes Secretary.
Becky works in the planning sector, with an interest in community engagement, infrastructure and the historic environment. She is a volunteer trustee director of West Midlands Heritage, helping to secure a sustainable future for some of our region’s most at risk heritage buildings.
Becky remains optimistic that the stations on the Camp Hill line will open in 2025.
Sarah Jeffrey
Sarah has been a resident of Moseley for 18 years, having moved to Birmingham from Yorkshire. When she first saw Moseley, her instant reaction was ‘I want to live here’ and she hasn’t looked back! Sarah is very proud to represent Moseley as part of the Forum and looks forward to supporting our community as the Vice Chair.
Tom Russell
Tom has lived in Moseley since 1982 having married and raised a family here. He is a retired Architect and maintains an interest in planning and the built environment. He is a keen cyclist and looks forwards to seeing an integrated transport system throughout Birmingham. He is an ardent supporter of Birmingham Moseley Rugby Club. He is, currently, the Secretary for Moseley Forum.
Jane Harvey
Jane’s 50-year career was in nursing, healthcare and education. She became involved with the Forum in 2018 and has been on the committee since then. Jane previously chaired a local Patient Participation Group and is now keen to serve fellow residents and others connected to Moseley as the MF Chair.
She wishes to encourage inclusive involvement from all the Ward and its population and grow the membership to be more diverse.
David Isgrove
David has lived in Moseley for 44 years. He has always been active in seeking to improve the quality of life in Moseley and its sense of community. He has founded and lead many of the Moseley groups, societies and forums such as the Farmers’ Market and helping to start Moseley in Bloom and Moseley Forum. He is a stalwart of the community. His main ‘hobby horse’ is to see JRR Tolkien honoured in Moseley and for the centre to be redesigned to adopt some of the Shared Space principles to make it more ‘people friendly’.
Radley Russell
Radley is a very active resident of Moseley – being part of many of its groups. Moseley in Bloom, Business in Bloom, Director of Moseley Farmers Market, and up until recently the Vice Chair of Moseley Forum. Radley thoroughly enjoys and is very passionate about his community involvement. Radley also holds a position on Birmingham Bodenham Trust which has been running for over 30 years.
John Gorman
John has lived in Moseley for over 30 years and joined the committee of Moseley Forum in 2020. He is originally from the west of Ireland. He has a vast knowledge of housing associations and active community engagement. He now works to support the elderly community of Moseley.
Jill Adams
Jill has worked in the public sector in HR for all of her working life. She joined Moseley Forum as a committee member when it was first set up and as deputy treasurer then became the treasurer. She is currently safeguarding lead. She helped to establish Moseley Farmers’ Market. Jill volunteered and became a governor, first of Kings Heath Infant School and then of Kings Heath Primary, remaining a governor for over 20 years. She enjoys travel, reading and music and sings in St Mary’s choir. Jill is the Safeguarding Lead.
Yas Yeahia
Yas is a very recent Moseley resident of around 3 years. He takes pride in representing those marginalized within communities and seeks to contribute to positive change through positive action. He is eager to bring his enthusiasm for community work to Moseley Forum.
Yas’ background is working in the Higher Education sector; working with Student Unions over the past 7 years and is a key advocate for the student voice in communities.
Steve Chilton
Stephen, a former NHS leader, lives in Moseley with his wife Rita. He actively engages in the local hospitality scene, has a love for the arts and live music and is enthusiastic to support and serve the local community in partnership with other groups embodying the diverse population of Moseley. Steve is the Moseley Forum Treasurer.
Sam O’Mara
Sam, born and educated in Nottingham, moved to Moseley in 2022 to pursue a career in low carbon consultancy – he now works as an economist in the civil service. Sam, now an adopted ‘brummie’, is a regular around the many pubs and restaurants in Moseley and enjoys sports and music in his free time. Sam is keen to give back to the Moseley community.
