The award-winning Moseley Farmers’ Market takes place at the crossroads in the centre of Moseley – on the Village Green and along the Alcester Road & St Mary’s Row – every last Saturday of the month from 9 a.m. till 2 p.m.

Moseley Farmers’ Market has won the award for best Farmers’ Market in 2009, 2012 & 2016 at the FARMA Local Food Awards. These awards are given to those who exemplify a passion for local food, a commitment to the farming and the environment, a talent for retail, and the fruits of a lot of hard work.

Moseley Farmers’ Market is the only farmers’ market to have won this prestigious award three times from FARMA – the National Farmers’ Retail & Markets Association.

At every market, we have on average some 55 stall-holders from farms and other local food producers. Check out the list below of all the stall-holders – and what they offer – who regularly supply the wonderful range of produce for you to buy at the market.

The Farmers’ Market was set up by Moseley Forum in an effort to invigorate the central area with a new shopping experience. All surpluses made by the Farmers’ Market are ploughed back in for the benefit of the community through a not-for-profit organisation with its status as a Community Interest Company. It now has its own website:

Other local Farmers’ Markets

If you miss the Moseley Farmers’ Market on the last Saturday of the month, then you can always go to the next nearest FARMA-certified Farmers’ Market at Kings Norton on the 2nd Saturday of the month.
